I am an Information Systems Analyst II at the DILG Central Office, focused on system testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring application stability across staging and production environments. I work closely with both users and technical teams to identify issues, analyze system behavior, and deliver reliable solutions. With experience as both a developer and IT technician, I have built and maintained internal systems, including an in-house IT inventory platform at HPL Game Design Corp., while also providing end-to-end technical support. I began my development journey as a PHP Junior Developer at Lee Systems Technology Ventures, where I contributed to HR systems and system configurations. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology major in Computer Technology, equipping me with a strong foundation in programming, systems, and analytical problem-solving.
